Good - installer did a great job
Great value and the installer did an outstanding job.
I ordered windows and the sales rep was very nice, but didn't show me anything other than what I asked about, showed no additional products. I ordered triple pane windows and grid sashes, but the order was placed without sashes because my sales rep went on vacation and couldn't change the order and apparently only that one person can work on your order once they're assigned to it.... when the windows were installed, they missed a window and it took them over 6 months to replace this window and then they still wanted to charg... read more
I regret ever doing business with this company. I had a custom sized door ordered from them to fit my opening. It was two inches taller than ordered. It took over twice as long as they promised to get delivery. They sent one lone man to install who barely spoke English and was very difficult to communicate with. The man who was their office manager was rude to me when I called about my concerns. My advice....use anyone else!!!
I purchased windows for my home on two separate occasions and I had the same sales rep which I enjoyed talking to. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick out what would work best for my home. When the windows and patio door were installed, the Window World crews were prompt, professional and friendly. They took the time to explain how the windows work and always cleaned the areas thoroughly. Window World had many payment options with no pressure or stress.
