I ordered windows March 9, 2018..Today is August 28, 2018 and all the windows are still not installed. I was told the windows would be installed in 8 weeks, but it was 16 weeks before the first ones were installed. I have never received a call from the company to update me about any progress with the manufacturing of the windows or the expected delivery dates. The office staff has not been accommodating. I am a local property management company and used window world to replace 40 windows in an apartment complex and i have purchased many others from them. I was attracted to window word because of their lifetime breakage warranty offered on rental houses so i was willing to pay a little extra for that. I recently called in to report two broken windows and the service manager without seeing windows automatically denied my request and made claim that it was an act of vandalism and not covered. Window World was called and told they were broke out by tenants. Accidental glass breakage is covered, and will continue to be covered. Please read the warranty as it states everything that is not included in the coverage.
Great experience beginning to end. Quality windows great prices very nice and professional people.
Love our new sliding glass door, which replaced some old French doors. The installers did a wonderful job ensuring a tight seal around the existing opening, and they cleaned the work site before leaving. There was a long turnaround time on the doors because they were custom sized, and we had a small installation scheduling issue, but otherwise the experience was positive.
The Windows look very nice and made a huge difference on the temperature in my house. The installers were friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend them any day.
Window World did a fabulous job installing our windows.. after the work was completed they cleaned up and then showed us how to operate the windows far as cleaning and flipping inside out.. Awesome job!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Window World! The team of installers worked so hard to make it all perfect! I am so happy with the results. They completely cleaned up as well. Very professional, very capable!
Did not caulk around the Windows on the outside just inside.
At first the salesman, seemed knowledgeable and nice. I felt like I was overpaying, but I was interested in the warranty they offered. After a 6-8 week promise for job completion, it took 5 months to get the job done! After 4 months of waiting, I called to get my money back and the install manager promised me he could get the job done in 3 days. It took over a month from that date to complete the job. I feel that I truly overpaid for the work I had done.
