Cory was the representative who showed up to address our concerns. He was friendly, professional, and corrected the problem during this service call.
Thank you Window World for excellent customer service. We needed a bedroom window replaced due to the argon gas causing spotting. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for today. My technician kept me informed as to his arrival time. He worked carefully to replace the window and instructed me on how to open for cleaning. It was a very easy and thorough appointment all around. Thank you again.
Marco was the technician that took the order for the replacement windows. He was friendly, professional and helpful and gave me tips on how to efficiently preserve longevity to the windows receiving direct flow as well as spotting a deficient window from the driveway that I had not found. Also provided tips on how to preserve the window number because the tags can drop off the window so writing the number with a sharpie inside the frame will preserve the warranty information. Great service and product.
