We had 12 windows replaced in our home 6 years ago and we’ve had nothing but problems with them. I’ve been cleaning windows for 40+ years and I was told I don’t know how to open the windows properly. BS! They don’t stay open, the metal breaks, I have to climb a stool to hold the top window up so the bottom one can fit correctly to lock. If I could, I’d give 0 stars.
John was exceptional and gave great customer service. He was informative and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend talking with him for your next window project.
We had windows installed two weeks ago, and I don't want to cover them with curtains - they're beautiful! The guys did a wonderful job, and when they were done, it's like they were never there. Everything was clean and in order, which is greatly appreciated! A very good group of men; very personable, and would highly recommend to anyone! (Actually, already have!)
I'm happy with the windows but I had to have the installers come back to fix the gaps they left during installation. Double check the quality of the install before finishing payment. Had to put up 75% to get the job started.
Rick Wilson did an amazing job! He is a great guy, very reliable and trustworthy and he knows how to get things done right. I’ve never had such a good experience with a contractor for any home improvement job. This was such a relief and the best experience I’ve had.
