Great experience from start to finish!! John did a great job laying out all the information when he did our quote and throughout the whole process. The installers (Pat and Matt) were very thorough and triple checked everything and did an awesome job. We couldn’t be happier with how our new windows turned out and would recommend Window World to anyone - thank you guys!!!
Had 9 windows installed by Joe in Camanche Iowa today. I was leary when he arrived and was so young. I have to admit he was very particular and took great pride in his work. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and and he was very polite. He made sure to clean up afterwards. Anyone considering windows from window world in the area is welcome to come see his work.
Great installation, job well done
We had 12 windows replaced in our home 6 years ago and we’ve had nothing but problems with them. I’ve been cleaning windows for 40+ years and I was told I don’t know how to open the windows properly. BS! They don’t stay open, the metal breaks, I have to climb a stool to hold the top window up so the bottom one can fit correctly to lock. If I could, I’d give 0 stars.
John was exceptional and gave great customer service. He was informative and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend talking with him for your next window project.
