I'm happy with the windows but I had to have the installers come back to fix the gaps they left during installation. Double check the quality of the install before finishing payment. Had to put up 75% to get the job started.
Rick Wilson did an amazing job! He is a great guy, very reliable and trustworthy and he knows how to get things done right. I’ve never had such a good experience with a contractor for any home improvement job. This was such a relief and the best experience I’ve had.
Recently had all my windows and two doors replaced by Window World and I am delighted with the finished project. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend Window World for replacement windows and doors.
Where do I start! Window options we're fully explained. We ordered five windows and they came in faster than expected and are beautiful. Our installer Rick Wilson was a rock star! That man can work magic. We had a window that was installed very crooked, and he was able to make it straight inside and out. He went above and beyond for us, and we are very grateful. When we're ready for the next five windows, we will definitely be ordering from Window World again.
