Contracted installers who attempted to install my windows did the following: Did not insulate the windows with foam. Poorly trimmed the windows and used to much or no caulk at all. Some is falling off after two weeks. Did not measure the opening before removing the old window. New window was to tall. I had to remove my sill to make it fit or have plastic over the hole for two months until a new one could be ordered. Buyer Beware!!! Do not use this company to install windows at your home. I had 4 sets of windows installed by Window World of Central AL. It was a $4k+ job and about a year later I realized that when we would get a really hard rain, one of those 4 sets of windows that were installed would leak around the frame of the window - an obvious installation issue. WORST customer service, it has been 5 months since I paid for the first half of the windows and they still have not completed the job. Once my sales rep (Bruce) had me sign on the dotted line, he never returned phone calls. I even spoke with his supervisor (after numerous phone calls to him) and nothing changed. They simply don't care about you once they get your money.
