We have had Window World do 3 of our houses! We have never had a problem what so ever, they are quick and never leave a mess! If you are in need of Windows...Window World is the place to go!
We recently moved from the Quad city area to a forclosed house in Heyworth. The house needed a lot of work. The windows being something that we needed as the old ones did not even open. We shopped around and decided to have Feldco and window world both come out and give appraisals. Window world beat them hands down.We had an excellent salesmen come and answered all our questions. Great company great people to work with.

One day last winter, our husky decided that he thought the kitchen would look better with a door where the window was so he took it upon himself to shatter the window beyond repair. We called Window World and they came out and showed us a demo and we replaced that one window. Within two years, we have now replaced every window in our house and plan on replacing our siding with them in the near future as well. Well ive contacted them 4 times for 2 small parts and each time told a week. Been 5 weeks since last time i contacted and never ever have i gotten a call back from the 4 calls. Its getting almost comical
Decent windows. But the $50 gift certificate or whatever, you're supppse to get for referring someone is a LIE!! My husbands cousin referred us, we gave their name and they didn't get anything. I referred my aunt and uncle, and I got nothing. So as far as ever referring them, I wont.
Had a garden window and exterior door installed. Mark and his crew did a fantastic job and the difference is unbelievable. Would definitely use them again and recommend their products and workmanship.
Best windows in town. Wouldn't use anyone else.
