WW of Bloomington replaced two existing wood windows in that had rot damage 4 days ago. The installer simply cutout the old windows and put in a vinyl insert instead of full frame replacement, which is irresponsible because we clearly mentioned the wood rot to the salesman, who didn't distinguish between full frame vs insert replacement, so when someone says they will "replace the windows", a non industry person would reasonably assume that means a full brand new window and frame. RecommendedI am so happy with my experience with Window World! Garreck made the sales and ordering process so easy and seamless. And the installers were amazing! The left my house cleaner than before they came. You would have never noticed they were there (expect for the brand new windows of course)!
We had a great experience today with Window World. Our installers arrived on time, were polite and considerate during the installation, wore face masks and cleaned up after themselves. The new windows and patio door look great and operate smoothly. The price for the entire job was HALF of another business we had quotes from. We are happy that we chose Window World.
Window world of Blm replaced all of the Windows in my apt Feb 2020 there's a lot of air coming through and there's calk on all of the window seals terrible job I've called them and complained about the job and absolutely nothing has been done to address the issue

We contracted with Window World to install vinyl siding on our home. Garrick provided professional advise in planning and selection of material and was responsive and flexible to changes we requested. The work was done professionally and to our complete satisfaction and at a reasonable price. A good experience from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use this firm again or recommend to others.
