Purchased windows and storm door. Just this year had warranty issue on storm door. Called and no one would assist. Had to contact Larson myself. They sent the door parts. Had to replace myself, then found poor quality work when they installed first door. Had to redo their work. Now windows don't fit 100% in channel, Larson says there should be a gap.
