We cannot say enough good about this company! We were adding a garage with a room above and replacing 18 windows on our home. We had 7 estimates from window companies. Some were higher, a few were lower. We researched all the brands of windows the companies were selling. The reason some companies were lower is because the brand of their windows. Recently had all of our windows replaced & were very pleased with Window Works! From the time of purchase through the installation process, they were very professional & attentive to our needs/wishes. They even worked with us to reschedule our installation when we had an unexpected family illness. We would definitely recommend their services. Very pleased with our new windows!!
My experience with Window works was excellent. It’s nice to have a company be direct and quickly assess your windows and explain their procedures without bashing every other window company in Knoxville and I liked that a lot.. I had to wait a bit to get them installed but I knew that and it wasn’t an issue.. The installation of 7 windows was surprisingly smooth and they cleaned up thoroughly ..
