We had a fantastic overall experience with Window Works in Knoxville. From the very beginning, the sales team was professional, knowledgeable, and — most importantly — not pushy. We had a great experience with window works. We compared prices with 3 other competitors and they offered the most fair price and what we expected to pay. The consultation was easy and professional. The windows came in earlier than expected. Install was done professionally. Other companies seemed good too but window works was the most down to earth, up front, and knowledgeable.
My wife and I are very thankful for the excellent sales meeting and installation of our windows and sliding door. WindowWorks is unquestionably a company to consider when looking for replacements and upgrades. Tyler really helped us during our sales meeting. David and Stevie were professional and friendly during installation. . We highly recommend WindowWorks!
I got 11 windows replaced by window works. 5 double hung in the downstairs and my 6 casement windows upstairs. My old windows were terrible. Two of the downstairs had been replaced with plexiglass by the previous owner. I also had issues with the house settling. David, Stevie, and JD did a great job putting my windows in. The window installation went really well! The installers cleaned up after themselves, were very personable, explained everything, and even left me color-matched caulk, just in case. I love my new windows and it's great to see everything clearly. I would highly recommend Window Works!! I also had gutters installed by a subcontractor of theirs. While the installation was great, I am still finding small pieces of metal and gutter screen in my yard and driveway. They also left a piece of rotten fascia in my yard. It would have ... read more
