Top notch service and products from start to finish, and beyond! We just had all 11 of our upper windows replaced, and changed one window in our dining room to a sliding door. Our whole experience with Window Works was great! From scheduling with Karen, to estimate with Chris, to install with Bob and Tolo, everyone was friendly and, knowledgeable and helpful. The install crew (Bob and Tolo) was great. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, had us regularly checking the work throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied or had any concerns, and left us with a great looking product. We cannot say enough good about this company! We were adding a garage with a room above and replacing 18 windows on our home. We had 7 estimates from window companies. Some were higher, a few were lower. We researched all the brands of windows the companies were selling. The reason some companies were lower is because the brand of their windows. Window Works was a great company to work with—quality windows! They listened and answered all of our questions. Bob & Tolo are the best installers!! They are thorough and thoughtful. Very hard workers, too!!
