We cannot say enough good about this company! We were adding a garage with a room above and replacing 18 windows on our home. We had 7 estimates from window companies. Some were higher, a few were lower. We researched all the brands of windows the companies were selling. The reason some companies were lower is because the brand of their windows. I would 100% recommend Window Works of Knoxville. We had 20 windows that needed to be replaced. Our sales person, Tyler, was amazing. I told him exactly what we wanted and he gave recommendations and did a great job with that. He went above and beyond, and came out and helped with an issue that they were having due to a covering we had put over our deck. The installers were kind and professional. Our house feels new again! Thank you Window Works!!
I had my screens on my porch replaced with windows. The guys at Window Works came out and helped me plan what i wanted and provided me with a great solution. I had them do the install while i was on vacation knowing they would do a great job which they did. I recommend them highly! They did what they promised, on time, and without my supervision.
I had a great experience with Window Works and the installation of my 27 new windows. They look fantastic (see pics), much better than I had anticipated, and much better than the original wood windows.
