We cannot say enough good about this company! We were adding a garage with a room above and replacing 18 windows on our home. We had 7 estimates from window companies. Some were higher, a few were lower. We researched all the brands of windows the companies were selling. The reason some companies were lower is because the brand of their windows. Window Works installed 3 double hung windows and 1bay window in our home. Every step of the way from quoting to installation was trouble free. They did everything that they promised they would do. Installation took approximately 3 hrs from beginning to final cleanup. Installation crew was friendly and courteous. We definitely use again and recommend them to others.
I would highly recommend Window Works for your new windows. We recently had all the windows replaced in our home and are very pleased. The quality of the windows are exceptional. They are definitely an upgrade from our 20 year old windows which allowed noise and bugs in our house. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I would 100% recommend Window Works of Knoxville. We had 20 windows that needed to be replaced. Our sales person, Tyler, was amazing. I told him exactly what we wanted and he gave recommendations and did a great job with that. He went above and beyond, and came out and helped with an issue that they were having due to a covering we had put over our deck. The installers were kind and professional. Our house feels new again!
