One of the Window Genie drivers hit my brand new car yesterday causing a very noticeable dent in the rear bumper. This happened because the driver tried to parallel park the van in a very small space when there was an entire blocks worth of space available just a few feet away. When my husband confronted the driver of the van he became very confrontational and rude - denying even SEEING the dent.
