When I contacted the customer, he indicated that he does not give out 5-star ratings. There is always room for improvement.
Of the three companies I received bids from I selected your company because you were quick to follow up after you completed the quote. You also provided the most informaiton with your quote. I was very happy you were able to schedule us so quickly. Windows look great. The only negative comment - three screens on the second floor were not put back into the windows. I am assuming we will be able to get them inserted from the inside of the house.
Excellent job. Kelly was very good. He was very careful to keep the house clean, and the windows look grea. . I highly recommend Window Genie.
The representative came to our home for the estimate and was professional and pleasant. The work was done well and in a timely manner. We plan to use this company again for gutter cleaning and other projects as well.

Greg, the owner is a true professional. His work was PERFECT. He not only washed but also tinted my very large windows so that the sun will not fade my furniture.His price was in the middle of the other bids.I already hired him to clean my windows annually.
