Prompt and great service!
The windows were very clean and Kelly paid very close attention to details. He was very happy and proud of his work. However having to pay an additional $25.00 to return when they cannot get to a certain job site due to construction or something beyond their control is not very customer friendly.

We make every effort to complete the job in one trip. If we have to return to complete the job because of something we did or did not do, there is no charge. But if we have to return to complete the job because something that was under the customer's control, we will "usually" add a $25 trip charge. This covers additional wages I have to pay my employees, gas, and also the loss of income from other jobs I could not schedule because of the return trip. Owner/manager was very helpful. Enabled me to move my start time without a hassle- was very cooperative. While I had asked that the washer stay out of my flower beds, he started the exterior before I returned home and had already done just that- walked thru them to clean the windows next to them. Fortunately, he was very careful and did no damage. I'm just disappointed that my message did not get through- after repeated requests.
