We had four new windows installed on Wednesday, Sept. 6th. The guys arrived within a few minutes of their expected time and completed the work within less than two hours. They were courteous, worked quietly (no smoking, no radio, no swearing - unlike other contractors we've had) and were considerate of neighbor's property as well. We had 4 windows installed on August 4th 2017. The installers were prompt and efficient. The windows were installed very quickly and the team was professional. They used drop cloths and were very courteous to make a minimal mess. Before leaving, the installer made sure to go over all of the window features and ensure we were satisfied. We were very impressed with a 3 week turn around time to have the windows ordered and we are pleased with the quality. We will most definitely use Window Factory Outlet again in the future.

We purchased windows from this comany and they were true to their word on delivery. Not only were the windows what we were promised but the installation was done very professionaly . The installers were polite, knowledgable and most respectful to us as well as our home. Highly recommend this company. They really know their business.

window factory outlet came to my home on july 19th 2017, to install 2 double hung windows. They removed a bay window and replaced it with the 2 windows. The team was comprised of 3 young men ;of which the name of team leader was Phil. They were great. Each had an assigned job and went to work immediately. My 8 windows arrived and were installed by Phil and two other guys, yesterday, Wednesday, July 19th. They were professional, courteous, and so efficient it was almost hard to believe. Phil has excellent customer service skills and all three were careful not to damage anything in my home. Their efficiency was second to none.
