Windows are fine but customer service is brutal. The sales guy forgot to place my order and then lied about it. Windows came in and one of them was ordered wrong. Dave was helpful and gave me some money off my order and ordered the replacement window. However, installers forgot trim for the exterior of the window. Were supposed to come back the following day and never did. Had to follow up with Dave to get them to come out. Waiting to see when they will be back out.

Our sales staff does not place orders. His order was produced on our normal schedule. We did mis-measure one window. We could of "Made It Fit" , but we do not operate like that. Certainly, this caused a delay. We installed correct size window. It started to rain. The exterior trim could not be installed in rain, because caulk would not set. We came back on the next sunny day and finished the job. We gave Travis a free window and we were in constant contact with him.
Window Factory Outlet replaced all of our bedroom windows & I love our new windows!!! I was uncertain how the windows would look going from 8 awning windows to 5 sliders. The windows look great from the outside as well as the inside. The installers were very professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all the questions I had. WFO had the best price, knowledgeable and friendly salesman and great installation. Phil did a fantastic and clean job installing 3 windows in my home and was super friendly. I had a wonderful experience with them from the time Glen came to my house at jntial sale to instal. They were clean and professional and got my whole job done in 1 day - 22 windows!!! I am extremely happy with my decision to have them work arm my house! Will have back.

Worst installation job!!! The installers were very unprofessional they destroyed my interior trim on one of my windows and cut the exterior trim to short. And when they arrived at our home one of them was questioning me as to why I wanted my windows done and tried to talk my husband out of doing the exterior trim. And asked why we had security cameras. It took them a hour and a half to do three windows and trim which should of taken longer to get the job done right with out ruining my trim and cutting it wrong. After they le... read more
