I had a wonderful experience with them from the time Glen came to my house at jntial sale to instal. They were clean and professional and got my whole job done in 1 day - 22 windows!!! I am extremely happy with my decision to have them work arm my house! Will have back.

Worst installation job!!! The installers were very unprofessional they destroyed my interior trim on one of my windows and cut the exterior trim to short. And when they arrived at our home one of them was questioning me as to why I wanted my windows done and tried to talk my husband out of doing the exterior trim. And asked why we had security cameras. It took them a hour and a half to do three windows and trim which should of taken longer to get the job done right with out ruining my trim and cutting it wrong. After they le... read more

We had four new windows installed on Wednesday, Sept. 6th. The guys arrived within a few minutes of their expected time and completed the work within less than two hours. They were courteous, worked quietly (no smoking, no radio, no swearing - unlike other contractors we've had) and were considerate of neighbor's property as well. We had 4 windows installed on August 4th 2017. The installers were prompt and efficient. The windows were installed very quickly and the team was professional. They used drop cloths and were very courteous to make a minimal mess. Before leaving, the installer made sure to go over all of the window features and ensure we were satisfied. We were very impressed with a 3 week turn around time to have the windows ordered and we are pleased with the quality. We will most definitely use Window Factory Outlet again in the future.

We purchased windows from this comany and they were true to their word on delivery. Not only were the windows what we were promised but the installation was done very professionaly . The installers were polite, knowledgable and most respectful to us as well as our home. Highly recommend this company. They really know their business.
