I have had windows previously installed by ****** *****and was dissatisfied. I decided to go with Window Factory Outlet this time. What a difference. They replace large windows, the price was great, and they did an awesome job, inside and out. The young men were ver professional, wore their mask, kept us abreast of their progress. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I am so pleased they will replace more windows in my home. Great job!

It is an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Everything has been done with complete professionalism. From the salesmen, Jason, to the owner, Dave, to the installers, Jessy, Jeff, and Josh. I ordered 19 windows and it did take roughly a month to be made and installed. The installation of the windows took one day and looks absolutely incredible. Great product, great price and a great company. I have already referred them to 5 people. Thank you.

We just had two windows replace. We got several different estimates and after comparing apples to apples we felt that Factory Outlet would be the better choice. We differently made the right decision. John the sales representative was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. The windows great and work well. *** *

We love our new windows from Window factory outlet. They were very accomadating with our busy schedule to set up installation. The installers did a nice job We can’t say enough about the quality of the window. They open and close w no effort at all. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m looking forward to cleaning the windows. They fold in so easy. It makes it effortless to clean. We liked the quality of the locking mechanism compared to other windows

We needed new windows for our house and someone was over to give us an estimate and measure every window the next day. He knew everything there was to know about the windows, trim, and sizing and answered all of our questions. After getting all the correct sized windows for our house they came and installed everything in a few hours. The workers left the place just like it was when they arrived. Windows are fine but customer service is brutal. The sales guy forgot to place my order and then lied about it. Windows came in and one of them was ordered wrong. Dave was helpful and gave me some money off my order and ordered the replacement window. However, installers forgot trim for the exterior of the window. Were supposed to come back the following day and never did. Had to follow up with Dave to get them to come out. Waiting to see when they will be back out.

Our sales staff does not place orders. His order was produced on our normal schedule. We did mis-measure one window. We could of "Made It Fit" , but we do not operate like that. Certainly, this caused a delay. We installed correct size window. It started to rain. The exterior trim could not be installed in rain, because caulk would not set. We came back on the next sunny day and finished the job. We gave Travis a free window and we were in constant contact with him.

Window Factory Outlet replaced all of our bedroom windows & I love our new windows!!! I was uncertain how the windows would look going from 8 awning windows to 5 sliders. The windows look great from the outside as well as the inside. The installers were very professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all the questions I had.
