I ordered Window Decor shutters in April 2018. They did not arrive until July, and when installed, two of the frames were broke. Promised to come right back & fix. It was 2 phone calls later when someone finally came out & said it was taken care of. On the front window one side of the shutter is white & the other side looks cream as you pull into driveway. I called & the owner Daniel came out & noticed it right away. He came into my house & tried to convince me that the glass in the window was tinted more than the other side... read more
