Just recently moved in, and im extatic to be in such a great location. Quite, offset, and we'll maintained. The ladies in the office, maintenance are attentive and professional. Thank you for the comfort!
The maintenance staff is a huge plus for living in this apartment. Very efficient, proficient and nice guy, and consistently resolve the requests within 12-24 hours. We are truly grateful for his excellent work!
Everyone has been great so far and the property is beautiful! Response times are always very fast anytime something is needed.
I love living here! The area is always clean. If I need anything, it’s just one phone call or email away. But, it starts with the women that work in the office. So polite, patient, helpful, informative & caring. Major shout out to Erica, Anne & Savannah! Keep up the great work in the way you guys make apartments feel like home!
I have lived here for a few years now and absolutely love it! It’s the second apartment complex I’ve lived in since moving to Knoxville and I’m hoping it’ll be the last. The staff in the office are extremely pleasant, as are their maintenance team, and they’re always willing to help. We’ve had very minor issues since moving here and maintenance has always been quick to respond/resolve any issue. The grounds are maintained extremely well and most of our neighbors are friendly.
