I just wanted to leave a review concerning the Windover apartments. Erica, Anna and Savannah are all great at what they do and very prompt to help us in every way we ever needed. The apartments are beautiful and maintained well we love the pool and everything this community offers! These ladies are great at what they do ! The grilling area is awesome for cookouts the balcony’s are peaceful and nice! Maintenance is always on point t and quick to fix any issue which isnt many. The upstairs of the townhomes are extremely hot in the summer. You have to turn the air conditioning down really low to be able to tolerate the upstairs. In the winter there is so much cold air that comes in around the windows and doors that you struggle to keep the place warm. The parking is awful. They have no rules on parking. People that don't live in my section of town homes, park in front of my town home. Therefore, I have to park farther away. I've lived here for almost a year and a half, first living in a 1 bedroom apartment and now living in a 2 bedroom townhome, and I'm constantly blown away at how great management is. There are constant updates/improvements to the property, from improving the community laundry room, improving public area stairs, resealing the parking lots, adding a new sidewalk to the dog park, cleaning and fixing the brick walls in everyone's back patio, and so much more. lived here for over a year now…. Great place to stay, maintenance is always on top of there game! Also the people that work in the office are always super helpful and always answers when you need them!
