Absolutely awful experience there beginning with Outpatient services where the receptionist was rude and belligerent, to radiology where we were told the test results would be available in 1 hour and sent to our doctor but it took over 4 hours to get results and they were never sent because they couldn’t be bothered to get a fax number (who knows their dr’s office fax # off the top of their head???). It was frustrating to interact with healthcare professionals who are quite clearly NOT customer service aware.
Everything went well at first but the nurse wasn't much help she seemed like she didn't want help me with my son who was sick
I had same day surgery and from checking in to being discharged, the staff, nurses and doctors i worked with were great. Everyone was nice and very compassionate and made sure me and my husband knew what to expect prior to, what was happening during and what to look for post-op.
Great experience! All staff were very pleasant to work with. Thanks again!
La verdad mal por una enfermera y un doctor que se llama cris ese es un racista me atendió mal mal y me molestó mucho tuve que ir a otro hospital y espero respondan al reporte que estoy haciendo no es justo que por ser ispano nos falten al respeto 😒😒😒😒😒 espero y ese doctor nunca pase por algunas cosas como nosotros y que mal ese tipo de doctores que no se ponen en el lugar del paciente 😒😒😒
