There is never a doctor you can talk to. They told me my mom would be discharged in the morning and I have been waiting all day for a doctor to finalize it. Ridiculous! Anytime you voice your concerns to the nurses or staff, they look right through you as if saying "Here we go again!" .... no empathy or urgency to help. It's just a job for them!
No matter if there is nobody here you will wait forever .......can't say I've ever had a good experience here where they get you in and out in a reasonable time
The nurses and doctors were excellent, it’s how tone def the people out front were, they had a continental style breakfast set up in front of the cafeteria, great idea, but it was only for doctors, you know the people that all make six figures a year, the women “guarding” the tables were condescending. Then when I went into the Cafeteria I had a “great” choice of cold buffet style items.
