Good company to work with, but need to work on their technology, I had to sign my lease in person and could not wire my deposit - had to bring it in person. It was a 6 hour drive round trip for me. They also didn't notified me that was the process until day before.
I needed a safe apartment fast after leaving a toxic domestic situation. Windermere was basically the only option at that time, and though it was more expensive than I was comfortable paying, I could afford the unit available to me. I learned that you get what you pay for. The best and first thing that impressed me was that my apartment was incredibly well insulated, both for sound and for heat.
