Lyle was the sellers representative on our new home. Even though we purchased the home two months ago, Lyle has still not removed the lock box off of our home, even after several requests by our realtor. Throughout the process his communication was poor - he was generally not very responsive and unfortunately we're still finding this to be the case even after our sale.

Do NOT use Lyle Sorenson. Recently my sister and brother-in-law used Lyle for their new house. He completely ruined the experience for them. Wouldn’t answer phone calls, never took the house lock off the door, etc. But he was so incredibly rude to my sister she ended up crying all the way home after an appointment with him. He belittled her, spoke down to her, and was arrogant that they wanted to change realtors but couldn’t.
