Casey Price purchased our buildings, where we lived as tenants up to ten years. He raised our rents $700 to $800 forcing us to move because we couldn't afford his rents. Then he had the audacity to refuse the return the deposit of the ten year tenant, Mike, who left his place in acceptible shape, passing the Idaho housing move out standards the program he was a trnter under.
