BEWARE! We sold our home and unfortunately for us, Kyle Craft of Windermere Real Estate was the buyer's agent. The way Kyle talked to us (the sellers) and our realtor after going under contract was nothing short of harassment. We almost had to back out of the contract with the buyer, because of Kyle's negligence, lack of communication and unprofessionalism. If anything doesn't go his way, he will threaten legal action. She walked us through what it would take to build our credit, save a down payment, different types of loans we could get, market trends, and all of the other helpful things to know before buying a house.
