This new place was an answer to prayer!! Staff has been great!! Emma and Alexa have jumped through all the hoops with the bha to make sure i can occupy this apartment. I was praying for an apartment that I could afford in a fourplex with a wd and dw and I found it!! Whoo hoo!! Here at windermere. Staff really blessed me with this oppurtunity!! I am So blessed I'll never forget it.
Windermere Property Management was super helpful to me with finding my first ever apartment post-grad life! I am absolutely in love with our apartment, it is beautiful and modern, with every amenity I could hope for. Windermere Property Management was kind enough to move around with my work schedule when I was finalizing documentation for the apartment. Consider this a warning: if you expect accountability, respect, or even basic follow-through as a tenant, you won’t find it here. This entire operation, in my experience, takes the simple and makes it exhausting, leaving tenants stressed, intimidated, and unsupported. There are far better options elsewhere—do yourself a favor and look for them.
