I went to Winder Animal Hospital last week because my 3 month old kitten was hit by a car; we didn't know he had gotten out of the house. There were people in front of me waiting and they took him back immediately. I was crying and the receptionist calmed me down and talked to me until I was calm. Great staff. Takes care of all our pets. They're like family
We took our cat in because she was sick. Turns out she had eaten a piece of string which was blocking her intestines. We were told that if she did not have emergency surgery she would die. We agreed to the surgery to save our pet. We never saw her again. She died the same night. While I understand that things like this happen, and then it isn't anyone's fault , the fact that I was still charged for the surgery made what was already a painful experience even worse.
