Dr. Duffy and his staff are phenomenal. I take all 3 of my cats here. From sinus infections to abscess procedures they always do an amazing job. The staff is always sweet and welcoming every time I go. They really care about the animals they treat.
The staff is very friendly and the ladies in front are awesome and very sweet.
The entire staff is so nice! No question is too silly to ask! Every pet (and pet parent) is treated with kindness.
We took our cat in because she was sick. Turns out she had eaten a piece of string which was blocking her intestines. We were told that if she did not have emergency surgery she would die. We agreed to the surgery to save our pet. We never saw her again. She died the same night. While I understand that things like this happen, and then it isn't anyone's fault , the fact that I was still charged for the surgery made what was already a painful experience even worse. This office has the most friendly, helpful, and warm staff and knowledgeable and caring doctors anyone could ask for to take care of their fur babies. We are so happy to refer anyone we know!
We couldn't be happier with the care and service we receive at Winder Animal Hospital! They really take the time to answer all of your questions. Everyone there genuinely loves animals and it shows!!!!
