Absolute worst apartments in Amarillo!! Water always being shut off, always changing management, insulation is terrible!!!, first management were arrested for embezzling, they also allow pedophiles to live there. I just moved out after 4 years and had a carpet team there before I left as well as cleaning the entire place and they are now trying to charge me $430 for cleaning. Cheap place to live and it definitely shows why!!! You get what you pay for here!
My sister lives here and it’s awful. There are absolutely no lights in the parking lots AT ALL so it’s always extremely dark there at night which is dangerous. The landing at the top of the stairs going into her apartment is crooked, and coming undone and looks like it could collapse at any moment. They also have an EXTREME roach infestation which the managers still won’t hire a professional to eradicate. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. QUOTED RENT AT $602 A MONTH WITH HAVING TO PAY ELECTRICITY AND GAS. ENDED UP PAYING NOT ONLY THE ACTUAL BILL BUT EXTRA FEES, ALONG WITH EVERY BILL ASSOCIATED WHICH MADE IT $100 EXTRA. SUBMITTED MAINTENANCE REQUESTS BACK IN MARCH AND WAS NEVER FIXED BEFORE I MOVED OUT. PLUMBING WAS CONSTANTLY BACKED UP, SAID THEY SPRAYED FOR BUGS BUT NEVER DID, HAD MICE AND INSTEAD OF GETTING A PEST PERSON THEY GAVE ME GLUE TRAPS, AND MY WINDOWS NEVER LOCKED IN THE ONE YEAR I LIVED THERE.
