Lived here for 6 months don’t recommend!!! We moved out 1 week ago before we moved out my bf went to go ask the front desk if we needed to do anything before moving out they said no just return the key. Now we’re getting charged 2600 for a “lease termination fee” we stayed the whole 6 months of our lease they’re saying we needed to let them know 60 days before moving out to not get charged. That would’ve been nice to know when we asked the office if there was anything we needed to do before moving out
I called up to the office twice during business hours,before heading up to the office to speak with the office staff. The staff member was at her desk and ran to the bathroom when they seen me approaching. The staff doesn’t want to do their job! Dirty and unsafe living conditions, managers have attitude and don’t care about the tenants problems, the floors are so shallow you can hear a whole conversation in the apartment above or below you, maintenance barely fixes anything and also doesn’t care and has attitude, bugs always inside and outside apartments (serious bug problem), the windows and doors don’t lock fully and have plastic cheap locks that if your lucky are on the windows at all and has no way of closing all the way so there’s just a giant hole between the ... read more
