I have been here 2 years, looking at a few more years. The office staff are very friendly, maintenance staff always fixed everything quickly and are friendly. The grounds are mostly okay, some areas of parking lots not great but most are pretty good. Anytime I have had an issue it was taken care of extremely quick. I love it here. This is the first apartment complex I have enjoyed living in.
My son lived there for 2 years and had an exceptional experience. Loved the apartment and when he had maintenance issues, they responded same day. He recommended it to friends and they moved in as well. If he hadn't had to relocate, he would still be there. Wind River was an excellent value! He shopped around, too.
Our apartment is crawling with bugs! Spiders, beetles, silverfish and rollie pollies. They had the bug company spray but it only killed the bugs for two days. We have sprayed ourselves and it helped a little bit now the bugs are back. I wish I could post a picture of all the bugs caught on our sticky traps. 12 in the last 3 days. Also the maintenance sucks! Don't even bother asking them to fix anything. Spend a little bit more money and live elsewhere! You have been warned.
Currently my kids have termites invading their apt and management says they cannot do anything until Monday. Today is Saturday! I can guarantee if it was their home they would not be staying there. I will be letting anyone and everyone about their customer service/management! It sucks :(
