Lived here over 8 years and the management is very helpful if you have any questions and the maintenance crew is awesome and fixes any issues you might have in the apartment. Friendly environment and on walking distance to a public park. Great place over all.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES LIVING HERE! they tell me I don’t pay enough on my rent and water when I have bank statements and still make me pay!! They tried billing me for water maintenance when it’s their building their plumbing issue not mine! Every door in the apartment has broken in one way or another! They made me pay for pest control when no one came! THEN TONIGHT THERE WAS A SNAKE IN OUR APARTMENT!!!! Along with spiders and flies constantly even though we never have the door open!!!
