I lived in these apartments for 14 months. They are the nastiest unkept apartments I have ever seen. They have a major problem with huge rats, the sewer backs up in your apartment and goes everywhere, including your kitchen, the parking lot floods, the water bill is allocated and the property manager allows certain people to live with others and not be on the lease so everyone else pays for their water usage. Do you want a hot shower in the morning before work? Or maybe just any water that's not absolutely cold? If the answer to that question is yes then don't live here. *IF* the water is on, and its off as much as it's on, there probably isn't hot water because the entire complex shares something ridiculous like 3 small hot water heaters. At Wind River Crossing you pay a lot of money for hot water but you will not ever get to use it.

This is the worst experience I got my self in: rats in my apartment, trash everywhere the pool is filthy and please make sure to read your contract they will try to make sign for the longest lease they so please double check the dates and how many months they put in. Worst apartment complex be aware of the bugs .
