Lennar obviously doesn’t care about quality. We have exposed irrigation wiring and the irrigation pipes are just under that. Barely under the ground. We spent almost a year fighting the warranty people to figure out why our floors flooded every time it rained more than a sprinkle. They tried to tell us that it was normal and that houses aren’t built like they used to be, as if that’s something to be proud of, as if I haven’t lived in Florida my entire life and never had those issues before. I'll keep it simple. Do not buy from these people. They're your best friends the first couple of days but then, you become just another number. New construction is not worth it. Houses all look the same. CDD is way too much. Nightmare scenario!!
