Love it! My time at Wind Chase Apartments has been absolutely wonderful. It's just a couple of minutes from the freeway, but amazingly quiet in this small gated community. My 2 bed/2 bath unit includes a full size washer/dryer, central A/C (a MUST in Sacramento!), a fireplace, plenty of space for the rent, and most importantly one of the sweetest property managers. Windchase Apartments - A Great Place to Live! It's nice to live here because although Old Placerville Road is just outside the gate, it is very quiet in the complex. No loud music, no screaming or yelling, just very peaceful and relaxing. I would like to have a little more room inside but this one bedroom apartment has a large patio and 708 square feet of living space.
