great office management This was a nice quite apartment that I was looking for during my short stay. Galina is a wise professional manager who is always ready to help you and find solutions for the problems you may face. The maintenance is always super helpful at any time. This is the property that you can highly recommend because of the management.
Nice, quiet place, great management I have only good words to say about these apartments. The complex is small and quiet. Even though we had 1 assigned parking place right by the apartment, I never had a problem with parking the second car. Amenities like sauna, gym, pool were additional benefits of living there. Manager Galina was always helpful and professional. I definitely can recommend this place to consider.
Great office manament Galina has been such an amazing office manager!! I was stuck in a contract with a horrible roommate but Galina was quick in assisting me with my options. If it wasn’t because of my roommate. I’d still be be living here. The complex is quiet, gated, and maintanence has always been super helpful when I had any problems. Definitely worth trying to get into this complex and living here. ** ps just be careful on who you sign your lease with. **
Horrible Been living there for 3 years and it’s my last. Had to buy a smart door lock because they would enter apartment without telling me first. Then had to threaten to call the health inspector to have them clean mold out of the bathroom because of the exterior paneling separating from the outside wall. Galina, the Office manager is never there and will not return calls or emails in a timely manner. Usually takes a week or more. Lease amendments are never done and building is out of code according to Sacramento County.
Never live here Dont live here! the rent goes up all the time and all u hear is loud music from cars all night and day. Use to b such a great place to live until the new management comp bought this place
Home Sweet home!!!! Hi everyone! First of all: i love the property, every Thursday lands cape guys are coming and they are doing they're best. Then no matter how much dirty property looks in the morning:i notice that the maintenance is taking care of. Second of all what i notice any repairs you need: it is going through the office than you are receiving a phone call from maintenance for asking permission to ether to come at any time you want at work time or schedule an appointment. EW HORRIBLE! I would highly recommend you live in a box on the street before you live here. Manager is NEVER around, EVER. She's always in her apartment watching tv or hanging out. Hope you never need anything, she won't help you. The place is falling apart, everything breaks and is super cheap looking. It's just gross and the management is horrible. Do yourself a favor, live ANYWHERE else.
Peaceful, family friendly, and great management. We lived here for two years and only moved because we relocated to another city. The management was always so nice and flexible about us. I love how small and quite the complex is, and we had great neighbors. There are washer and dryers in the units and a big walk in closet. Would definitely recommend.
Poor office management! I would have loved the opportunity to entertain the idea of living at this complex but was never given the chance by the office staff. I stopped by to take a look at an apartment. I attempted to reach the front office at the gate and was told over the intercom that I would not be let in because they where closed for lunch, it was 2pm! So then I asked what time I could return and was told not for 2 hours. This bad experience was followed by continued run around information and resulted in lost opportun... read more
