If I could give NO stars........ If you are not a student, or call center employee... forget it! Asked to have my deck cleaned every year since I've been here, and new move in's get a power washing....... Plus the age old, moldy, smelly, storage space below my unit, probably causing respiratory problems, that the solution is just leaving the door open. (Hope Mgt. is paying attention). Like many others just waiting out the end of my lease. BUT making a big stink on other renter sites.
