I have been living here for 9 yrs and I love this place! The staff is very helpful, kind, and very professional. We have 24 hrs emergency maintenance service, 2 pools, a playground, a gym, tennis court, a technology center, a party room and even a doggy park! The apt are gorgeous as is the landscaping. I would recommend Winchester park to anyone... I would volunteer to be their spokesperson!
This is the best place I have ever lived. From the painting customization I'm able to do inside and out, to the ability to grow my family with a new furry friend I have no plans of moving elsewhere, except to another one of their larger condo units!
I love living here but one thing that bothers me is the dumpster in the cul de sac. I hate sitting on my porch and look at a dumpster.
I've had such a wonderful experience living here! The people in the office are so welcoming! The maintenance crew are great, this winter they worked there butts off and I feel did a great job. I look forward to staying here for awhile.
hi we have lived here for over 9 years and were very happy here its a great area close to everything Every problem or issue I called the office for was handled as quickly as possible. The maintenance staff is very friendly and respectful. The same for the office staff. I love it here. I've lived here for 16 months. Every problem or issue I called the office for was handled as quickly as possible. The maintenance staff is very friendly and respectful. The same for the office staff. They are very pleasant, and accommodating (to their ability). Of course there is always something that people aren't happy about. You cannot expect perfection.
