I saw Dr. Henry yesterday and he took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. He set me up with some tests and appointments and assured me that he would figure out why I was having these headaches. One of the ladies up front wasn't the greatest. She seemed to hate her job, but overall I thought it went better than I expected.

The NP didn't answer my questions when she reviewed my results with me then accused me of not showing up for a test even though the test was never ordered. I felt like she was being condescending. I tried to get an appointment with the doctor for clarification and the response was the doctor explained the results to the best of her abilities. She wasn't even there. They clearly have no interest in helping. They suggested maybe referring me to UVA. That would definitely be better than the care I'm getting. I'm concerned about... read more

I would give them a 0 if I could. Due to a mishap and insurance issues. They are refusing to work with us and have taken my sons anti seizure medicine prescription away and will not let me refill it without a visit..wont let us visit until payment is paid in full. So I called and said, so I'm out of medicine in two days and my son is more than likely going to start having seizures and the only way that I'm going to get prescription is if I take him to the hospital due to having a seizure passing out and potentially hurting h... read more
