Horrible experience with this office. Very negligent.
My daughters been going here for over 5 years. Best doctor ever!!! Went to Uva for years & got nothing but medicine increased & a possible VNS but nothing was ever done. Her shunt collapsed & she was air lifted to Winchester. Had the shunt revised immediately & on her first visit with Dr. Lyons he scheduled her VNS surgery. He has been sooo good to work with! I wouldn’t even consider going somewhere else!!
Nurses and receptionist are very friendly and helpful, Dr. Crowe has really been trying to come up with a plan of action to help me find out what is going on with me running tests and asking questions. So happy with the care I am receiving.
So I am 21 years old, I have had headaches since the time I was 17. Went for a follow up with Dr.Gustin, and not only did she make me cry because she was being very rude to me, but also told me that I just wanted drugs. All because I ate hotdogs and sausage. I would like to give them a -10. Katherine Guston needs to find a different profession. Took my daughter to her on December 13, tried to tell her things about her past history, Katherine kept saying I don’t need to know that. She said my daughters headaches were caused by tension in her neck and needed physical therapy. Physical therapy couldn’t see her until January 8. After going to the ER nine times, saw Katherine on January 3. She told us there wasn’t a magic pill for headaches and she wouldn’t do anything until my daugh... read more
