nothing ever an emergency
The parking garage was gross full of old cigarettes and garbage. Some staff members on Labor and Delivery could be a tad more friendly to guests. Put a smile on your faces!
the great people that work here, even though they are shorthanded most of the time and always very busy they respond as quick as they can and they always have a smile on their face. i have had multiple surgeries here and each time the surgical department has been second to none.
the people here are very friendly and help you in any way that they can. tell you what they going to do and how they going to do it. I would recommend people coming here to get things done. 💯 percent
the Dr treating me up on heart floor was rude as he could be... treated me like I dont belong here even though the other Dr is on admitted me...will not come back here if this Dr is gonna see me...
my daughter who is 7 sliced her arm at 8 this evening. went to the emergency room and waited and wait and waited.. no one would see her. the waiting room was empty! no one in there. I will never return to Winchester medical center ER ever again. at this point martinsburg is better at seeing their patients. I absolutely hate Winchester medical center. they did the same crsp to me when I was pregnant and having labor pains. waited 20+ hours to see a freaking doctor.
