RecommendedQuality care in a new facility - staff attentive to your needs
I went here because I had a heart murmor and they thought I could pass it on to my child. Every visit I was in the waiting room forever. I scheduled one visit after lunch on a Friday, I was there up until the office was closing. They rushed me through and even the nurse was like I gotta get out of here to go to a concert. You're such a joke for a company. I suffer with severe arthritis and waited WEEKS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. I go into the office and am told it's the wrong one. The front counter "worker" says, "Oh, it's across the street", I ask her if I can walk across the street due to there being heavy traffic. SHE LAUGHS! This unprofessional woman not only mislead me on directions but expected me to think it was across the street. This whole company is a joke. I finally got to the right place and what do you know?
