RecommendedMy dad had open heart surgery this past week to replace his aortic valve. In the midst of a very scary operation, the caring and compassionate staff were very impressive. During the surgery, our family was kept apprised of updates from the OR by a nurse, Ty Strauch. She made herself available for any questions or concerns, guided us to the waiting room, including explaining directions and parking recommendations, and just generally providing reassuring updates. If you are sick, find somewhere else to die.
I am owed $519.13. I was offered a "chance" to prepay at 10% discount. The EOB came back below the estimate. I have now called several times and have been told they have to file a correction, that they will call me back, and then sent to a supervisors voice mail. Do NOT ever prepay for a surgery at this hospital. It is a complete con!!!!

bring enough money to afford the cafeteria. ..but other wise the large neuro rooms make it easy for family to visit. long hallways are not for the elderly or anyone with a disability.
The staff is pleasant and helpful! Everything is explained to you in detail!
