Great hospital, but the staff is full of idiots. The hospital made top 100 in America, staff not included.
My sis has been here and they are awesome. Very compassionate.
THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE AND FRIENDLY THE DOCTORS ARE EXCELLENT
They just stand around and talk amongst themselves all while the patients suffer!!!! God forbide an ambulance come in its like the whole ER staff needs to be right there in the action no matter how little the issue!!!! You all need to start caring for ur patients rather than standing around looking at each other and talking in the halls, very un professional!!!! Next time I think we will just take the half hour drive to Leesburg if its not a dire emergency!!!!
I recently spent 4 days at valley health via their ER dept. While I had problems there in the past, not this time. Everything was amazing from the diagnosis on down. They saved my life. I have a kidney stone, pneumonia, and sepsis) -- which is often deadly. Yet, I am still here to tell the tale. Thank you tot he wonderful team of doctors, nurses, techs, aids that saved my life. I am happy to be here :)

The staff,nurses etc..are the very best.....Administration SUCKS...They have no empathy for the employees and will listen to no complaints..
I broke my knee in early December, they had me in and out within 2 hours. Had great care...
