Their one of the worst hospital there is
Negative 10 if I could rate that low They let a hospital social worker yell at her father while he was on 3rd floor icu. Father was dirty both times he was in that hospital. Won't go back.

20 years ago Valley Health was #1. Now you guys suck. Your business office is evidently staffed by incompetents. You make robocalls with your identity hidden and when I return your call, I get a succession of recorded messages culminating with my only option being to leave a message. I leave a message and my call is never returned. Very poor customer service!

EDIT: this happened, but today I received communication that they were removing the charge from my bill and are taking care to review. There's something to be said for their recognizing a mistake and taking care to make it right. They took a CT scan that they told me was normal. It took an eye doctor to tell me I actually had a brain tumor. I innocently thought it must not have shown up on the CT scan...until an outside doctor showed it to me plain as day. It's been 4 1/2 hours in the ER and NO doctor yet. Ridiculous. Dad has had wonderful care here in the past but this is pathetic. Supposedly there is one doctor for ten patients. The care upstairs is fine but something down in the ER needs to change.
