RecommendedMy dad had open heart surgery this past week to replace his aortic valve. In the midst of a very scary operation, the caring and compassionate staff were very impressive. During the surgery, our family was kept apprised of updates from the OR by a nurse, Ty Strauch. She made herself available for any questions or concerns, guided us to the waiting room, including explaining directions and parking recommendations, and just generally providing reassuring updates.
