I do not usually like to put this stuff out there but people in Winchester have to know about our so called hospital. I have been sick for 10 days now, tried EVERYTHING to treat symptoms with no progress. So yesterday I went to the ER. How is it that Inova hospitals have a 0-30 minute (true) wait time while servicing triple and quadruple the amounts of people, yet there’s 5 people in the waiting room and no one has been called back for almost an hour?
Husband went to the ER tonight with potential Kidney stones. We arrived at 1:30AM, with a total of 4 people ahead of us. Two hours later, they’ve admitted one patient of the 4 and my husband is still in pain, in and out of consciousness, sitting in their waiting room. The last time he had a kidney stone, we were in Phoenix, AZ and within minutes he was admitted after walking into the ER.
We were so grateful with the care our father has received with all the great nurses and doctors while he was at the hospital most of his last 3 months. He was on floor 3 I think it was east wing. They knew how to make his final days the best they could be. Thank the entire staff for all you did for him and us
So I have to say this. If you need a rotator cuff repair have it done by Dr. Wise at WMC. The staff is awesome and Dr. Wise did a fantastic job. Yes I work there but I was a little nervous. Came home after the surgery and no pain. The nurses in PACU ROCK AND ARE ALL VERY SWEET. I am very happy and cannot say enough positive things
I had both of my kids here. I had the same nurse both times and she was so sweet and caring! I believe her name is Kasey or Stacey, I had both and tend to get them confused (lol). I’ve always had someone come when I needed it! The staff here has treated me so amazing both of my visits and made sure I was always taken great care of. A wonderful hospital in my experience!
Horrible horrible place left me sit in the waiting room for 4+ hours with An IV hanging out of arm walked outside to get away from screaming kids and got yelled at for walk outside took IV out of my arm and pretty much told me to leave mind u I'm 14 weeks pregnant and hadn't ate in 24+ hours only needed fluids. Place is a joke who knew u could be worse than martinsburg
