As an auto and motorcycle "tinkerer", I've found that Craig has been most helpful with my projects, providing excellent machine work and absolutely stunning TIG welding. Quality work always!
Horrible customer service do not go there matter fact don’t even call them
Just called in and simply asked to speak with shipping and was immediately told "yeah never call here ever again". Wow, what a pleasant company this must be to work for and with. Heaven forbid we talk for two seconds to find out why I was calling. Great communication skills. How someone so miserable is even allowed to touch a phone let alone be hired to work is beyond me. I would think twice before entrusting them with any of your business.
Would not use under no circumstances!
Craig at Winchester Machine has always gone above and beyond for us here at Service Specialties. His work is always top notch. Friday of Thanksgiving weekend we called after 10PM....Craig answered with "How can I help" He worked all day Saturday to take care of us and our customer....We have been using Winchester Machine for nearly 4 yrs...and have had nothing but good experiences....Thanks Craig
