I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for a few years and do like the apartment and specifically maintenance staff who are absolutely amazing however - the apartments are not located downtown, AC and heat are very loud and to keep costs low one cannot really use them much, the place doesn?t have the amenities other apartments located downtown (new apartments) have yet rent is as high which is upsetting.

It's a very... (Verified Renter) It's a very nice property, apartments have great style, the leasing and admin staff are very diligent and friendly. There is always enough parking spots and the are is secure with the exception of a few incidents in the parking lot.
