Don't ever go here!!!! This is owned by Beth Israel Lahey Health. They are the worst, for-profit, "screw you over" company you can possibly imagine. My wife was in here for a biopsy and they billed $6,000, just for that!!!! That 6K doesn't include any of the other tests prior, just that single procedure was 6K. Do yourself a favor instead of making this awful company richer...go elsewhere!!! Also, when I tried to call, I was put on hold for 40 minutes, transferred, hung up on, and never called back.

Oddly enough I never posted a review of my horrific experience I had here back in 2014. I just happened to read something on fb asking what was the worst thing about my cancer diagnosis. Well the worst thing was having to Convince the damn Dr's here that I did have breast cancer. The 2 drs here told me I did not!!! I demanded a punch biopsy that same day. The staff can make it or break it.. the women up front are amazingly helpful and nice and the majority of nurses are really friendly and helpful. The only thing that I can really say that really bothered me is the fact that I've been going there since 2015 and had a biopsy as well as aspirations sent to the lab and which one of them didn't have enough cells and was not able to be diagnosed. Winchester hospital has been one of my favorite best friend for over 16 years. The breast care center is very comfortable and the medical staff is well educated and respectful of your needs for their care. Mammograms are naturally unpleasant no matter where you go. It's done all the same. Lots of pressure and squishing of your breast and its uncomfortable. However, keep in mind, the more pressure the better the scan. Especially dense areas. Better do it once and done and not return for 1year, than having to do twice over. So... read more
