Too busy to care / Staff dangerously unprofessional I was a patient of Dr. Kerouz for 6 yrs. As she took on more and more patients, she ecame too busy to deal with patients that required ongoing care (takes 3 months + to get an appointment). When I did see her, it was a quick 15 minutes and she would keep writing more & more prescriptions. Her staff is unbelievably unprofessional.
