Winchester Family Physicians I am a patient at this office for endocrinology and have a wonderful doctor. Her Name is Dr. Nada Kerouz (Cruise). She is professional, caring and follows up with phone calls and refill requests quite quickly. I had one dispute with a bill and after a letter to their office, it was quickly taken care of.
Very Good. I have been going to them for 9 years. Dr. Backer who retired was my favorite, but Dr. Guerra is indeed kind, thoughtful experienced caring and I can recommend him highly.
Dr Guerra Dr Guerra recently agreed to be our family Doctor. I had an injury to my leg and I was able to see him immediately due to a cancellation. I was extremely impressed with Dr Guerra just from that one visit. Then My wife got sick on saturday Night into Sunday Morning. Without realizing how early it was (5 am), I called the Winchester Family physicians to see if someone could help her. I figured I would have to take her to the hospital emergency room. Love them! My whole family is seen by doctors at Winchester Family Physicians. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kerouz for about 7 years now and we both love her. She always takes the time to ask questions and, more importantly, listen to the answers. She always returns phone calls--she even called me on a Sunday once to check in. Our children see Dr. Guerra and we couldn't ask for a better family doctor.
Old reviews skewing viewpoints... I think most of these negative reviews are a couple of years old.
Disgusted I have been here for at least 10 years and Loved it.... untill about a year ago. The Office staff is extreemly Rude. Go ahead and try to leave a voicemail.. you are crazy if you think they will call you back! Sick... well i hope you know where there urgent care is because thats all they will refer you to!!! Refils.... they require at least a 2 1/2 week notice... good luck with that to! If you have time on your hands this is the place for you!
Gone down hill since Dr. Jones left.... Dr. Jones was my primary for about a year. I found her to be kind and compassionate. She always made me feel like she had time to talk. However, that changed when she went on maternity leave. The covering doctor refused to continue prescribing my medication and I have been on a 3 month journey to find a doctor who will care for me the way Dr. Jones did. TERRIBLE THIS MIGHT BE NOT ONLY THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE TO DEAL WITH BUT THE WORST BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. I HAVN'T SEEN MY DOCTOR IN ABOUT 5 YEARS BECAUSE HE IS ALWAYS AWAY. I ALSO HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE THERE FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS STAIGHT AND CAN'T SEEM TO GET PAST THE VOICE MAIL AT 3:00 pm ON WEDNESDAY. THIS IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS. Bad Doctors Office If this doctors office represents the state of health care in the U.S. then we have got big problems!The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional - often talking socially on the phone, with office staff, or simply speaking rudely to patients (and usually acting bothered by inquiries and most other aspects of their JOB.)Also, my PCP, Dr. Poppe is never available, and when I finally do get an appointment with her, I am often called by the office staff and told that Dr. Poppe will "be on vacation" a... read more
