My experience was not good. You know the prep is difficult.. My procedure time was 10 am. I arrived at 9:15 as advised. Then my bed was near the entrance. I had to endure cold, noise, hunger, until i was taken to the operating room at almost 11:40! I do not recommend this facility. Oh, i should mention, thank you for bringing me an additional blanket when i told the nurse that i am cold.
I had a very smooth and positive experience for my colonoscopy. The whole process was extremely timely and efficient. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, I arrived at 8:00 AM as instructed, and I was taken in right on time. By around 9:35 AM I was already awake from deep sedation, and my wife picked me up around 9:50 AM.
