Extremely positive experience for a procedure that is unfortunately unpleasant. The team made sure I was comfortable, explained everything in detail, and post-op (with explanation of results) was clearly explained. I’ve had this procedure done several times and this was, by far, the best treatment I’ve received. In addition, senior administration personnel checked in on my progress and asked whether I had any concerns or questions.
Overall a good experience. Pleasant and helpful front desk and medical teams. The office staff kept me in the loop and checked in on my prep progress leading up to procedure. The prep team and procedure team were flawless. Easy in and easy out.
My boyfriend came for a procedure. I was picking him up and they called to have me get him too early. The front desk were talking about and looking over at me. I had taken the time off from work and needed to go back. I informed them that I was only 2 minutes away. They asked me to come @ 9:20 from an 8:00 a.m procedure and my boyfriend was not ready.
